I'm no longer working crazy hours, 6 days per week. That, coupled with the fact that I'm also trying to eat healthier foods, made me decide to put forth more of an effort to cook meals at home. I know how to grill and how to cook some basic things but I want to challenge myself to learn to cook more advanced meals. I'm starting out with the very basics though. In fact, the two websites I used last night when starting to prepare my meals for the week were How to bake a potato and How to hard boil an egg. Both sites were very helpful.
